Clear Ink created Capitol Hill in Second Life, spanning 32 virtual acres. The facilities included a replica of the House chamber, as well as landscaped grounds, suggestive of the actual Capitol Hill and other famous Washington monuments. Clear Ink also created six informational pavilions — each addressing an item on the congressional agenda — with links to the actual piece of legislation and to bipartisan positions. This special event consisted of live C-SPAN coverage of the opening session and a virtual interview with Congressman Miller (through his Clear Ink-designed avatar). Following the invitation-only event, Capitol Hill was opened to the public.
