Clear Ink researched site metrics and online consumer behavior in the European Union and the United States, and created and implemented several surveys to identify qualitative areas for improvement. Based on our key learning, Phillips developed a strategy for creating content that aligned with consumer-centric product usage profiles, replacing a model of presenting information along product lines. This new approach created many more links and focused on driving consumers into both the online and offline "buy pages" of the site.
