David's proudest moments have occurred while formulating and managing digital strategies for Autodesk, Peoplesoft, Restoration Hardware, 21st Century Insurance Company, Pacific Bell Wireless, John Muir Health and the launch of Salesforce.com.
Since 1995, Clear Ink has achieved the following major milestones:
- Named an Inc. 5000 company
- Ranked among the top 5 agencies headquartered in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times (multiple times)
- Ranked among the top 150 fastest growing privately held Bay Area companies by the San Francisco Business Times (multiple times, most recently ranked #12)
- Ranked 84 in the top 100 US agency brands by US gross income by Ad Age
- Ranked 66 in the top 100 interactive agencies by AdWeek
He is also active in charitable endeavors. Each year, Clear Ink rehabs a home to keep an elderly or disabled homeowner safe and out of institutions in conjunction with Rebuilding Together Oakland(please link). Clear Ink has also donated considerable resources to (please link to all) The Children's Support League, JustGive.org, and Special Olympics of Northern California. He has served as a public works commissioner for the city of Berkeley, and, more recently, as a member of the Berkeley City Council’s Task Force on Telecommunications.
